HOW MANY DISCIPLES DID JESUS HAVE?
Acts 1:15 And in those days Peter stood up in the midst of the disciples, and said, (the number of names together were about an hundred and twenty,)( KJV)

I Corinthians 15:6 After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. (KJV)

These are two different events before different groups. The 1 Corinthians passage happens after Jesus' resurrection, but before His ascension. The Acts passage happens after the ascension, and there is no reason to believe that all of those who had witnessed the earlier appearance would be there.  Peter was merely speaking to a group of disciples. Not a contradiction.
