DID GOD GIVE THE LAW TO MOSES DIRECTLY, OR THROUGH A MEDIATOR?

Galatians 3:19  Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator. (KJV) The assumption of contradiction is that the law was given directly to Moses.

However, the 'mediator' mentioned here is Moses.  It came to the Israelites through Moses.  Not a contradiction.
