DID JESUS GO IMMEDIATELY TO THE WILDERNESS AFTER BAPTISM OR NOT?
Mark 1:11-12  And there came a voice from heaven, saying, Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.  And immediately the Spirit driveth him into the wilderness. (KJV)

The John passage (basically John 1:26-51) is too long to include here, but some have claimed it says that, after Jesus was baptized, He spent three days or more traveling with John and the disciples.  However, they are not reading the passage carefully.  What is going on here is that John is describing to a crowd about the day he baptized Jesus, and then Jesus approaches, and they travel together.  All of the events in John 1:26-51 happened some time (at least 40 days) after the baptism of Jesus, and is not a contradiction.
