| Aren’t there some striking parallels between the Jesus and Holy One of Xaca stories? |
| This one's a tad confusing since some lists say that the god's name is Xaca, and others suggest that Xaca is the people who worshipped a god called simply 'Holy One'. Some say that Xaca was a Chinese god, and others say he was the name of Buddha in parts of India. And, of course, the critics never say how Xaca (or Xaca's 'Holy One') is supposed to parallel Christ. Until the critics can at least figure out who or what Xaca is and come up with the parallels, this one can easily be dismissed. |
