| Why don't Christians follow many of the Old Testament laws? |
| When Christ came to us, He fulfilled the law and made us no longer bound by it. At the time of Jesus, the Pharisees had over 600 laws based on the OT, particularly Leviticus, that all Jews were required to follow or risk excommunication from the church. Spending all of your time trying to strictly adhere to that many laws left little or no time for spiritual growth. |
