| Technically, yes. But it would almost certainly not be that simple. If
someone desires to sin all their lives, then they must think sin is a good
thing. If someone thinks sin is a good thing, then they would feel that they
have nothing to be forgiven for. Asking for forgiveness must come from the
heart, not just from the lips. If you think your sins are bad things, ask
for forgiveness. If you'd rather continue on in sin and bear its burden,
that's your choice. But God certainly recognizes the hypocracy of someone
asking for forgiveness of something they don't feel the need to be forgiven
for. |
